**B2B Growth Marketer**:
- Remote- Full Time- Nuclei is a profitable fintech SaaS firm working already with over 20 large BFSI clients across Asia in just a span of 5 years.**Why are we building Nuclei?**
Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially our learning from the previous startups/companies:- Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.-
- Build a company. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business. This does not mean that we compromise on growth, but we most definitely avoid unsustainable growth.-
- Build for the long term, not flip it in a few years.-
- And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception of India, from being a back-office/outsourcing destination to a product destination.All the above points came together to form Nuclei's vision - "To build a well-respected global product company."**What will you do?**You’ll be responsible for identifying & prospecting opportunities across APAC & MENA regions-
- You'll be generating qualified leads & working closely with the Sales team to achieve the company's targets-
- Content Marketing: Work with internal teams to promote new content and promote on through various channels-
- Social Media & PR: Manage social media pages, plan publicity strategies and campaigns-
- Innovation: Come up with new ideas and launch new initiatives.-
- Podcasts: Source new leads, launch and manage podcasts-
- Help in brand-building activities-
- Strategize & execute various key marketing initiatives not covered above.-
- Take ownership of all marketing tasks and be actively involved in driving growth.-
- Learn quickly, adapt, and work hard to regularly deliver high-quality output.**Who should apply?**0-3 years of experience in Business Development/Lead generation & prospecting roles-
- Great written and verbal communication skills-
- Looking to build a career in Enterprise Sales/SaaS/fintech domain-
- Willing to take intelligent and creative risks-
