**Job Title: Machinery Field Sales Executive**
**Location**: Kudasan,Gandhinagar
**Reports To**: Sales Manager/Director
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase machinery features and benefits.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Regularly visit client sites to assess their needs and provide technical advice.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest machinery products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide clients with detailed product information and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and installations.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with after-sales service teams to provide ongoing support to clients.
- Follow up on post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Travel**:
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company’s machinery products.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the machinery or industrial equipment sector.
