4. **Production Monitoring**: Keep track of production orders, work-in-progress, and finished goods, updating the database as products move through various stages of production.

5. **Quality Control Data**: Record and manage data related to quality control tests and inspections, ensuring that product quality meets established standards.

6. **Reporting**: Generate and distribute regular reports summarizing production, inventory, and quality control data for management and other relevant teams.

7. **Data Security**: Ensure data security and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

9. **Communication**: Collaborate with production teams, quality control personnel, and other departments to gather and input necessary data.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or a related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a data entry operator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

3. Proficiency in data entry and typing skills, with a strong focus on accuracy.

5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Effective communication skills for collaboration with different departments.

8. Basic knowledge of têxtile manufacturing processes and terminology is beneficial but not always required
