**Responsibilities**:
Perform routine computer operations tasks, such as data entry, file management, and document processing.
Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment efficiently and accurately.
Ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Maintain data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies.
Assist in software installations, updates, and upgrades.
Provide basic user support and resolve operational problems as needed.
Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity.
Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or errors to the appropriate personnel.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
Basic understanding of computer systems and operations.
Proficiency in using common office software, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
