Job Title: Social Media Intern

**Location**: Paschim Vihar,Delhi

**Salary**: 5,000-10,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and manage social media accounts for multiple brands, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity across platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging content (posts, stories, videos) tailored to each brand’s audience.
- **Video Editing**: Perform basic video editing to create short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- **Social Media Calendar Management**: Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars for all social media platforms to ensure timely and relevant posts.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms to build a strong online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- **Campaign Management**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.

**Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) for scheduling and analytics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong creative thinking and content creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on social media trends.
- Strong organizational skills for managing content calendars.
