- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies.
- Interact and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, or partners for collaborations and sponsored content.
- Assist in the creation of social media advertising campaigns, targeting specific demographics and optimizing for performance.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing social media performance metrics and insights, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and basic graphic design principles is a plus.
