- JD:
L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshootingManage requests incidents on ITSM toolRespond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as requiredPrompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality-
Root Cause Analysis for Major incidents/problems and mitigations for the issuesPerform Performance Monitoring and Identify performance bottlenecksWork across key activities in configuration, systems management tools and backup and recoverySSL Administration like certificate renewal and monitoring-
