**Office Organization**: Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed. Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- **Filing and Document Management**: Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Ensure documents are filed appropriately for easy retrieval when needed.
- **Client and Visitor Relations**: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department and ensure their needs are met while on-site.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external contacts.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify issues and take appropriate action to resolve them. Exercise good judgment and resourcefulness in handling unexpected situations.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools. Willingness to learn new software and technology as needed.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
