**Position Overview**:
**Position Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Solicits headcount projections and business plans to enable forecasting for Company space and facility requirements.
- Develops multiple complex scopes, schedule, and budget and provide status reviews.
- Establishes key breakthroughs and identifies potential opportunities, risks and issues.
- Develops proposals for stakeholders.
- Facilitates approval of the implementation plan to management.
- Coordinates, maintains and provides information to update the use and occupancy tracking system to identify cost and space allocation to the tenant.
- Compiles and analyzes data for business initiatives and team activities.
- Leads and analyzes site studies/business scenarios and strategies to develop proposals and plans in close collaboration with Enterprise Global Real Estate teams.
- Interacts with internal BGES organizations and senior-level management to identify and assess the impact on the business operating plan.
- Builds short-range facilities plans.
- Solid understanding of Facilities Management Operation / Workplace services space allocation.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with various Business stakeholders and Service Providers.
- Actively engage with Business units to understand their growth plan.
- Ability to analyze the data and make the decision based on the data (Data-driven approach).
- Responsible for Asset management i.e. end life cycle of an asset until disposal & looking after quarterly/annual physical verification of assets
- Ability to collaborate with other functions like Global Real Estate/Finance/HR/Security etc. as & when required to deliver the assigned scope of work.
- Should be familiar with the compliance requirements for building/facility operations
- Sharing inputs on annual budget allocation & tracking planned vs actual spent
- Maintains the records and documents including (not limited to) Space planning
- Manage & Maintain the Space management process end to end including but not limited to Dashboard management, Change Request management, updating of space tools locally and enterprise wide for financial planning and reconciliation

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, Graduate in hospitality/administration and/ or equivalent.
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience
- Able to collaborate with internal team members as well as external stakeholders
- Ambitious attitude and Ability to foster two-way collaboration
- Experience in Facilities Management / Space Planning is strongly required.
