El Especialista Comercial Sénior es un puesto de nível inicial responsable de contribuir con las tareas administrativas generales de un negocio. Estas tareas pueden incluir participar en auditorías externas, realizar actividades de continuidad empresarial o abordar cuestiones regulatorias. El Especialista Comercial Sénior también puede participar en actividades como el seguimiento de información financiera del negocio, el manejo del personal o la coordinación de otras necesidades administrativas. El objetivo general de este puesto es garantizar que las funciones comerciales se lleven a cabo de manera eficaz y óptima.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Llevar a cabo la implementación de productos PlanView en todo el grupo Citigroup Corporate and Financial Systems (CCFS).
- Brindar soluciones comerciales durante la incorporación de clients, y brindar apoyo interno para las actividades comerciales de Citigroup en relación con los productos PlanView.
- Revisar las identificaciones de usuarios, el trabajo y los calendarios.
- Crear y mantener informes según sea necesario.
- Brindar asistencia con el mantenimiento y la actualización de software; mantener una jerarquía de recursos.
- Supervisar e informar incoherencias en la base de datos de Citi.
- Actuar como punto central de contacto para proveer asistencia técnica/de aplicaciones.
- Documentar errores de software y solicitudes de mejoras, y enviarlas a Apoyo de Productos.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
**Calificaciones**:
- Preferencia de experiência previa relevante.
- Comprensión de acciones, derivados, pagos internacionales o mercados financieros.
- Conocimiento básico de la aplicación Business Objects (Objetos Comerciales).
- Experiência/comprensión de reingeniería de procesos comerciales, análisis y desarrollo de sistemas comerciales.
- Experiência en creación de documentación dentro de una metodología de desarrollo estándar.
- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
**Educación**:
- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.
