**Job Description (Senior BD- Iot Based Solutions)**

As a Senior Business Development Executive specialized in IoT-based systems, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our IoT solutions in the market. Leveraging your expertise in IoT technologies and your strategic business accuracy, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve organizational objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development within the IoT industry.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive the adoption of IoT-based systems.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with product development and marketing efforts.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective clients.
- Achieve revenue targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on IoT solutions that address their business needs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing client accounts.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and industry stakeholders to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to drive mutual business success.
- Stay updated about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the IoT space.
- Ready to travel and relocate for desired workplace as per the clients and company’s requirements.
- Should have experience in team handling including, training team members, setting strategies, monitoring progress towards goals, assigning tasks to team members, managing and guiding a team of employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, with a focus on IoT-based solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, connectivity protocols, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Must have their own transport to visit clients and for meetings as well.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for innovation and driving business success in a dynamic market environment.
