Audit & Tax Assistant

**Job Description:

1) Financial Audits: Conducting audits of financial statements of clients to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.

2) Compliance and Taxation: Ensuring compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements, including Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other relevant statutes.

Filing of returns of GST and Income Tax.

3) Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintaining and reviewing clients' financial records, preparing financial statements.

4) Team Management: Managing and supervising junior staff members, assigning work, and reviewing their work for quality control.

5) Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.

6) Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, attending training sessions, and participating in professional development programs.

**Required Skills:

- **

Competency in MS Office.

Strong Technical Skills related to Various acts like Income Tax, GST etc.

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.

**Qualification:

- **Bachelor’s degree in finance and CA inter will be preferred.

**Minimum Experience:

- **Min. experience of 2 year in the similar profile is must.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
