Sales Associate Bench Sales

Key Responsibilities:
**Consultant Marketing & Placement**:
- Market and place IT consultants (bench resources) by reaching out to potential clients, vendors, or direct clients.
- Work with the recruiting team to understand the skillsets of available consultants and match them with client requirements.
- Utilize various job portals, networks, and other resources to identify job opportunities for consultants.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential job opportunities and follow up regularly to ensure successful placements.
**Sales & Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to present bench consultants to clients.
- Communicate effectively with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and availability for new opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and client demands to align marketing efforts with industry needs.
- Rate Negotiation & Contracts:
- Negotiate competitive rates for consultant placements with vendors and clients, ensuring a balance between client needs and company profitability.
- Handle contract discussions, extensions, and renewals, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
- Prepare bench consultants for client interviews, providing them with insights about the role and expectations.
- Follow up with consultants after placements to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues they may encounter.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on consultant availability, skills, and performance.
- Networking & Market Research:
- Proactively engage in networking activities to build a database of potential clients and opportunities.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and conferences to expand the company’s network.
- Research and identify new market opportunities and trends in IT staffing to stay competitive.
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Track sales activity, client interactions, consultant placements, and revenue generation.
- Provide regular updates to management on placement status, bench strength, and client engagement.
- Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruiting, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
- Knowledge of bench sales, IT staffing processes, and consultant marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,151.69 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
