**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle correspondences
- A first point of contact to the MD
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Manage travel itineraries.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism between management and staff.
- Provide high level administrative support and assistance to the Director.
- Interdepartmental coordination and providing support to HR and Admin.
- Attending to guests as and when required.
- Manage office administration work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Maintaining office stationery and asset inventory by checking on break downs, repairs, AMC’s etc. Anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies and verifying receipt of the same.
- Coordinate for any technical or maintainence level work for the MD’s properties.
- When the MD is on travel, should be able to support HR team and all office events and celebrations.
- Support MD and family from time to time with any requirements.
- Coordinate with house manager when necessary.
- Maintaining and filing corporate records, documents and reports.
- Fulfil the role of high level personal assistant for the Director including preparation of reports, documents and proposals as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
