**Position Title**: Banquet Supervisor

**Location**:Salt Lake

**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month

**Working Hours**: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The Banquet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of banquet events, ensuring that events are executed smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met during banquets, meetings, weddings, and other events held at our venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**: Oversee the preparation and execution of events, ensuring all client requirements and event details are met.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and train banquet staff, ensuring a high level of performance, efficiency, and professionalism.
- **Guest Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
- **Logistics & Setup**: Ensure proper setup of banquet halls, including seating arrangements, décor, and audio-visual equipment as per event requirements.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety regulations and food safety standards are strictly followed during events.
- **Communication**: Act as the point of contact for all event-related communication between clients, kitchen staff, and service staff.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor food and beverage service to ensure high standards of quality and presentation are maintained.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolve any issues or complaints that arise during events in a professional and timely manner.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and supplies, ensuring all items are available and in good condition for events.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare daily reports on event progress, staff performance, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banquet operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
