**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated Sales Telecaller to join our team in East Delhi (Nirman Vihar). The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our services (HEALTH INSURANCE)

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Introduce our services and explain their benefits.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase our services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.

**Qualifications: -**
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records.

**Experience: -**
- Freshers are most welcome to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage.
- ⁠Teamleaders are also welcomed with their team.

**Key Competencies: -**
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

**Location**: East Delhi (Nirman Vihar)
