We are seeking a diligent and articulate Telecalling Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Telecalling Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm their orders and provide outstanding customer service. Your role will require excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and previous experience in telecalling. Fluency in English is essential for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers via phone to confirm and verify their orders.
- Provide detailed information about our products and address any customer inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy in order details and update customer records as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and inventory teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
- Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and transactions.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on our product range, new arrivals, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Use CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions and streamline sales processes.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving customer engagement and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices for business is preferred.
