Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with:

- Employees
- Airlines
- Travel agencies
- Providing clear and concise information

Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in utilising various technologies including:

- Computer systems
- Internet research tools
- Travel management software
- Efficiently performing booking tasks
- Managing travel-related data

Flight Reservations:

- Researching, comparing, and booking domestic and international flights for company employees while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with travel policies.

Itinerary Planning (Future):

- Crafting detailed travel itineraries for employees, encompassing flight schedules, layovers, ground transportation, and accommodation arrangements.

Ticket Issuance:

- Issuing flight tickets, both electronic and physical, with meticulous documentation and prompt delivery to employees.

Fare Monitoring:

- Vigilantly monitoring airfare trends, promotional offers, and discounts to secure optimal deals for company travel and enhance travel budget efficiency.

Travel Coordination:

- Coordinating with employees to finalise travel plans, accommodate preferences, and address special requirements or requests.

Booking Modifications:

- Managing flight changes, cancellations, and rescheduling as necessary, while collaborating with airlines to minimize disruptions and control costs.

Travel Documentation:

- Ensuring compliance with visa requirements, passport validity, and other essential travel documentation for international trips, offering assistance and guidance as required.

Travel Policy Compliance:

- Enforcing company travel policies and guidelines, encompassing budget constraints, preferred airlines, booking channels, and expense reporting procedures.

Customer Service:

- Delivering exceptional customer service to employees by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with travel-related concerns throughout the trip.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

- Maintaining precise records of flight bookings, travel expenses, and employee travel profiles using efficient travel management systems and databases. Reporting to the headquarters in Lucknow on a daily basis and as necessary.

Requirements**Qualifications**:

- Completed Air Travel Management & Ticketing program
- Holds a diploma in Air Travel Management & Ticketing
- Certification is from IATA (International Air Transport Association)
- Graduated from an IATA Approved Air Travel Management & Ticketing course

**Any Other Requirements**:

- Basic accounting
- Reporting skills
- Proficiency in computer usage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
