In the rapidly evolving landscape of Purchase to Pay, we are seeking individuals in the field of procurement and finance who can drive excellence and efficiency in our organization's purchasing processes. We aim to build a diverse and skilled team that can effectively manage procurement activities, ensure timely payments, and optimize supplier relationships. We are looking for professionals who possess strong analytical capabilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to leverage technology to streamline and enhance our Purchase to Pay processes.

**What the role entails**

We are looking for an** Advisor -Vendor Master** who is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely maintenance of vendor master data, managing a team, ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires expertise in vendor master data management, shift management, compliance, and strong analytical skills.

**Reporting line**: Senior Advisor - Vendor Master

**Scope**:Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
**End-To-End Vendor Master process**:

- Manage Vendor Master team and ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate management of all vendor accounts, vendor block removal for a region/shift within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
- Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to the team members to maintain a high level of accuracy in vendor data management.
- Manage shifts and schedules for the cash management team, ensuring adequate coverage and workload distribution based on the requirements and smooth handover.

**Timely Response to Auditors**:

- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide timely and accurate responses to audit inquiries and requests.
- Prepare relevant documentation, reports, and supporting materials to address audit findings and recommendations; Implement corrective actions as necessary to address audit gaps.

**Continuous Improvement and Productivity**:

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team, actively seeking opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and policy enhancements.
- Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and cross-functional discussions to analyze expense patterns and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track and measure the outcomes of improvement initiatives, quantifying productivity gains and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

**Adherence to Annual RACAM Control**:

- Maintain adherence to the Annual RACAM control framework, ensuring compliance with documented controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support RACAM assessments and address any control gaps or findings.

**Promote RT3C Values**:

- Act as a role model for the RT3C values (Courage, Curiosity, Care) within the team and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

**About Yourself**
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in technical, business, or related discipline.
- 5-8years of experience in MDM with a focus on Vendor Master data. Third Party due diligence and Risk assessment experience would be desirable.
- Experience in creating, managing and analyzing records/ data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment.
- Good managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Experience in shift management, workload allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements and control frameworks related to vendor master data management, such as SOX controls.
