**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced data analytics and machine learning models to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, identify data-driven opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies to collect, clean, and preprocess data, ensuring its quality, integrity, and suitability for analysis.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships within data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop predictive models, algorithms, and data-driven strategies to optimize business processes, improve performance, and drive continuous innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and AI to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the data science team, providing guidance, support, and expertise to foster professional growth and development.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics, with a focus on developing and deploying advanced models and algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, as well as experience with libraries and frameworks for data analysis and machine learning (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
