**Job Description-**

1. **Experience**:Minimum 1-3 years experience in Architectural, Residential, Commercial, and Institutional Interior Design technical details.

2. **Software Proficiency**: Strong command of Vectorworks, Revit, or other BIM software, and other industry-standard software for precise drawings

3. **Collaboration**:Work closely with senior architects and project teams, contributing in developing technical details and actively participating in design discussions.

**4. Industry Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and design, incorporating sustainable practices whenever possible.

**5. Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Languages to be known - English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada.

**6.Compliance**: Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and best practices.

7. **Time Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

8. **Education**: Skilled in BIM softwares like Vectorworks.

**This position is only for BIM draftsmen interested in creating Architectural and Interior technical drawing works**. Not for Civil drawings.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
