**Job Description**:
MicroStrategy is on a quest to transform the enterprise SaaS landscape with AI-powered Business Intelligence solutions. To bring this vision to life, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative and growing marketing team.

As a key stakeholder in our digital transformation, you’ll shape the future of our design systems and play a key role in curating visual storytelling that engages and inspires our buyers. You’re a skilled professional who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations for digital media and prints while collaborating with our internal design, brand, and marketing teams to meet deadlines.

This role will report to the Creative Director, based in Warsaw, Poland.

**Responsibilities**
- Designs print and digital products including digital graphics, event materials, corporate collateral, presentation materials/templates as well as illustrative materials like iconography using the latest software to develop innovative digital and print experiences that meet the company’s business goals.
- Understands the importance of integrated thinking across channels, products, and audiences while staying true to the brand guidelines.
- Works with the Marketing Team to maintain and encourage adherence to the MicroStrategy brand and visual guidelines.
- Continuously curates, grows, and updates our graphics library, including templates and core assets.
- Works with agency and internal stakeholders for proofs for printing or digital execution, reviewing proofs, and distributing to relevant internal clients.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the creative and brand team when required.
- Schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include multiple simultaneous projects.
- Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
- Support brand standards and guidelines for physical and digital implementations
- Performs other duties and projects as needed.
- ** Able to work between 12:00pm and 9:00pm IST.**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in design (academic + professional)
- Experience designing for the B2B sector for business buyers, ideally in the technology industry
- Must have design experience with Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Exceptional, innovative design skills to produce error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate creative concepts & designs clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences (web, IT, product, marketing, executives, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Time-management and multi-tasking skills for meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in photography, video editing, and animation is a plus.
- Must provide a portfolio of visually compelling samples demonstrating user-centered design and cohesive design systems.
