We are a leading Healthcare Business Processing Outsourcing Company focusing on clinical documentation, founded in 2001. We have experience of 20+ years in the industry and have learnt techniques through conventional knowledge, experience and innovation aimed at delivering customer delight.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily operations of an **office**, managing facilities, supplies, **equipment**, and coordinating administrative tasks for the entire team.
- Monitoring files in their corresponding process (Transcription/ Offline scribing).
- Update status of files in each pools/accounts.
- Alert users and TLs about the status of files.
- Respond to user tickets and give support.
- Check mails regularly and respond
- Basic IT knowledge
- Must be a graduate (Degree/Diploma can be considered)
- 0-1 years of experience
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
