**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate and support all trainings while ensuring excellent customer relations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Provide administrative support to executives and staff members as needed, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and conducting research.
- Manage office systems, and equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Liaison with Government offices for compliance.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Educational Qualification: Any degree with computer knowledge.
- Knowledge in networking will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
