Customer Support Executive

Job Description (JD)
Should have a minimum experience of 3 years in managing execution/support services through the helpdesk/ call centre support/customer service in Government projects.
Minimum Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (or equivalent)
Monitoring daily operations within the district-allocated
Assisting the team members in resolving customer complaints
Managing process discrepancies and other responsibilities as and when communicated to be done
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
