Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engaging Doctor’s via Webchat Process with Organisation Campaigns
- Handling Doctor’s queries and getting Participations for Technical Sessions conducted from the Organisation via Web Chat Process
- Maintain accurate information / records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
- Actively participate in team meetings
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
- Probe and trouble-shoot Doctor’s queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
- Educate Doctor’s on services and processes
- Escalate any issues to the Team Leader
- Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
- Attend coaching sessions with Supervisor
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules
- Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processes
- Work collaboratively with the team
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
