We at ByteForza are looking for a **Proposal Writer** who will be responsible for creating and editing proposals and your tasks will include researching, writing, and organizing content, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure compliance with proposal requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proposal Development: Lead the end-to-end process of sourcing RFPs and developing compelling and compliant responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research industry trends, and specific agency requirements to tailor responses effectively.
- Proposal Strategy: Develop proposal strategies, themes, and messaging that align with the client's objectives and resonate with evaluators.
- Proposal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information, ensuring that proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of RFP responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with proposal requirements.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the proposal's objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RFP Writer for at least 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple proposals concurrently.
