**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers to ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
- **Production Coordination**: Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor production processes and product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for production personnel. Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to production staff on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Identify training needs and opportunities for skills development.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment of materials.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify production issues or bottlenecks and implement solutions to resolve them quickly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to address technical or process-related problems.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and quality control data. Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in chemicals or Paints, B.Sc in chemistry
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the paint industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and production management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
