Forging Supervisor

1) Maintaining the process parameters

2) Deploying manpower as per requirement

3) Managing shift operations

4) Planning and executing as per forging plan

5) Tooling and Die making for forging machine as per planning

6) Setting up the required parameters affecting forged parts quality.

7) Familiar with GD and T

8) Familiar with Engineering Drawings and make samples as per drawings.

9) Making of samples

10) Reduction of rejections

11) Problem solving techniques

12) Can understand documentation and comply as per standards.

13) Knowledge of Rod shearing machine, forging machine, upsetter

14) Responsible for Maintenance of Forging Machine

15) Responsible for New Product Development

16) Maintain safety and cleanliness in forging area

17) RM planning based on stock availability and requirement

18) Logbook filling, batch card and route card follow-up

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bahadurgarh, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
