**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver high-quality instruction in Chemistry to students at the higher secondary level, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- **Student Assessment**: Assess student learning through regular quizzes, tests, projects, and other forms of evaluation, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- **Laboratory Management**: Oversee the school's Chemistry laboratory, ensuring safety protocols are followed and facilitating hands-on experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- **Academic Support**: Provide academic support and guidance to students, including mentoring and tutoring as needed, to facilitate their academic success.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**: Actively participate in school events, clubs, and extracurricular activities, fostering students' holistic development beyond the classroom.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on current trends and best practices in Chemistry education, participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding students' progress, academic performance, and any concerns or opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to promote a positive learning environment, interdisciplinary connections, and the overall mission of the school.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in Chemistry at the higher secondary level is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Commitment to student-centered learning, academic excellence, and holistic development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
