**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive and engaging chemistry lessons that align with the curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, instructional strategies, and technology tools to facilitate student understanding and mastery of chemistry concepts.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas, and collaborate with their peers.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, interests, and abilities of students, including those with varying academic backgrounds and levels of proficiency.
- Assess student learning and progress using a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment conducive to academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, develop interdisciplinary units, and participate in professional learning communities focused on improving teaching and learning.
- Stay current with developments in the field of chemistry education, including emerging trends, research findings, and best practices, and integrate this knowledge into instructional planning and delivery.
- Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support student achievement, well-being, and school-home partnerships.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- State certification or licensure in Chemistry or Secondary Education.
- Prior teaching experience at the secondary school level, preferably in chemistry.
- Deep knowledge of chemistry content, principles, and laboratory procedures.
- Strong pedagogical content knowledge and understanding of effective teaching strategies for promoting student learning and engagement in chemistry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement as a teacher.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
