**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Your job responsibilities willinclude,
- Accountingunder Tally/ Miles/ or other software.
- Responsiblefor preparing certificates under section 195 of the Income tax Act (preparationand filing of 15CA /CB forms);
- Understandingthe documents provided and getting the required documents for determiningappropriate tax rate;
- Handleconsultation for TDS matters including applicability issuance of certificates Preparationand filing of TDS/TCS returns (24Q, 26Q, 26Q, 27EQ), corrections of TDS/TCSreturns;
- Handlingnotices from TRACES;
- ManageTDS and 15CA/CB compliances relating to a portfolio of Clients
- Clientliaison.
- Preparation,review and filing E-TDS return.
- Monitoringbilling and recovery of clients.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- Semiqualified Chartered accountant with 2-3 years of experience in Direct tax
- Experiencein Direct Tax law and Tax Treaty provisions
- Abilityto handle preliminary inquiries raised by clients
- Extensiveexperience in TDS/TCS matters
- should be able to work around Oracle and SAPsystem for TDS matters like TDS returns, TDS certificates, understanding TDSnotices and overall process involved in E-TDS return filing
- Shouldhave handled Certifications required for foreign payments / remittances
- GoodIT skills i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Shouldbe able to review data entry done by juniors
- Shouldhave effective communication skills
- Basictax knowledge;
- Willingto learn with Easy grasping power.
