**Job Title**:CSR and Brand Partnership Officer

**Location**:Remote/Travelling

**Job Type**: Consultant (12 months contract, renewable)

**Report to**: HOD, Online Communications

**Benefits**: ₹30,000 Salary + (Incentive - 5% of the raised fund)

Travel expenses (If any) are to be paid by VHT

**Annual Target**: Raising at least ₹20 Million; Secure at least 8 Brand Partnerships

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Partnerships**
- Identify and pursue potential brand partnership opportunities that align with the mission and values of Vrindavan Heritage Tower.
- Develop and pitch compelling partnership proposals to attract corporate sponsors, philanthropists, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and secure brand collaborations, ensuring mutual benefits and adherence to partnership agreements.
- Manage ongoing relationships with brand partners, overseeing project implementations and ensuring partner satisfaction and ROI.

**2. CSR Fundraising**
- Create a strategic plan for CSR fundraising to meet annual targets and support the Tower’s development initiatives.
- Research and connect with companies eligible for CSR contributions, aligning Vrindavan Heritage Tower projects with corporate social responsibility goals.
- Maintain relationships with CSR contributors, providing regular updates, progress reports, and impact assessments.

**3. Government and Public Sector Engagement**
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government officials, authorities, and public sector representatives to support the Tower’s initiatives.
- Navigate governmental channels to facilitate approvals, grants, and resources for the Tower’s projects.
- Represent Vrindavan Heritage Tower in governmental and community meetings, events, and conferences, advocating for community development and cultural heritage initiatives.
- Monitor government schemes and opportunities that align with the Tower’s mission, leveraging public support for specific projects.

**4. Program Development and Execution**
- Design and execute CSR programs and partnership campaigns that promote community development, cultural preservation, and educational initiatives.
- Measure and evaluate the success of CSR programs and partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance outcomes and impact.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, fundraising status, and program outcomes for leadership review.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CSR, brand partnerships, fundraising, or government relations.
- Proven track record in securing brand partnerships and CSR funding.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with corporates, government, and public sector stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for persuasive storytelling and proposal writing.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance multiple priorities and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of CSR regulations, brand partnership trends, and public sector processes.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with heritage preservation, community development, or religious tourism industries.
- Experience working with non-profit or heritage-based organizations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
