Skiplyn is a U.S.based company operating within the university landscape. Our primary objective is to cultivate a substantial user base among students who engage with our app daily and to expand our network of restaurant partners across various regions. We are currently seeking a committed Brand Ambassador focuing in Marketing and Sales who will be the driving force behind the growth of both student user base through effective marketing strategies and restaurant partnership via strategic sales effort.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be available to work India Night Time
- Must have at least 6 years of experience in Brand Ambassadorship and Marketing strategy
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and business goals.
- Define and segment target audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant criteria. Tailor marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of each segment.
- Analyze the strategies of competitors and identify ways to differentiate the company's products or services in the market.
- Develop and refine the brand's positioning, messaging, and value proposition. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Determine the appropriate marketing mix, including product, price, place, and promotion strategies, to achieve business goals.
- Develop and oversee content marketing strategies, including content creation, distribution, and engagement plans.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve the best possible results.
- Plan, launch, and oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall strategy and goals.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product or service launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with broader business strategies.
- Understand the customer journey and use this insight to develop strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in marketing strategies and develop contingency plans to address them.
- Stay informed about marketing technology and tools that can streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and lead a marketing team, providing direction, support, and mentorship.
- Generate and present regular reports to leadership and stakeholders on the performance of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market.

**Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (a plus).
- Previous experience in Marketing Strategy
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong verbal communication and English skills (Spoken and written)
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Note: This position requires working during U.S. day shift office hours, which align with nighttime hours in India. Additionally, please note that interviews for this position will be conducted during U.S. day shift hours, corresponding to nighttime hours in India
