Key aspects of the role will include:

- Working with IT and Operations counterparts from across all levels of the organization Supporting the Product Owner in progressing items from the product backlog
- Supporting the ISO20022 lead in ensuring adherence to SWIFT messages standards

- Documenting processes, solutions and key decisions
- Analyzing large sets of reference data to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions for resolution
- Participate in various testing initiatives to ensure solutions are validated and accurate

You will be joining a global and collaborative team, with presence in London, Zurich and Pune. The role will involve frequent collaboration with colleagues both within and outside the project team. You will work closely with our IT counterparts to develop efficient solutions to issues identified.

**Your skills and experience**
- Excellent problem solving/business analysis skills, with an innovative and analytical approach and ability to manage challenging situations
- Team player and highly collaborative across diverse groups of stakeholders (business, technology etc).
- Had exposure to, or a demonstrable understanding of CBPR+ ISO20022 MX and Fin MT messaging formats for cross-border payments processing
- Detailed understanding of full project life cycle, across both Waterfall and Agile projects. Experience with tools such as JIRA is ideal.
- Proven experience capturing, documenting and prioritizing business requirements
- Proven experience of writing and implementing test cases and managing and/or participating in testing execution
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complete projects in a large corporate environment
- Willing to manage work on shifting priorities to support the overall Project delivery
- Confident user of Microsoft Office package (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project)
