**Professional Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at our Harrawala branch in Dehradun. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet clients' evolving needs and maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client issues.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather feedback to improve our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
