Operations Management:
- Take full ownership of all operational aspects of the hostel.
- Ensure seamless daily functioning, maintaining operational efficiency and service excellence.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead housekeeping, front office, and security teams, fostering collaboration and a
motivated work culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Vendor Coordination:
- Manage vendor relationships for services such as food, housekeeping, and security.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery through effective vendor management.
Service Quality Assurance:
- Uphold goSTOPS’ commitment to superior guest service.
- Oversee housekeeping, food service, and property cleanliness to exceed guest expectations.
Guest Experience:
- Interact with guests to understand their needs, address inquiries, and resolve concerns
professionally.
- Ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests.
Record Keeping and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records, checklists, and inventory logs to ensure operational transparency and
efficiency.
- Compile reports on property performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address repair needs promptly and minimize disruptions.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance with brand standards.
Budget Management:
- Oversee property budgets and expenditures.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
