Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales and maximum 2 years of experience only. [we don’t want too senior person]

Person should have experience in Lead Generation.

Should have knowledge of export terminologies like. INCO TERMS, and basic understanding of Export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competition in the international

automotive market.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations for product

development and pricing strategies.

Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in international

markets.

Lead Generation:

- Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets in international regions.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including online research, social media, industry events, and cold

outreach, to identify prospects.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and

loyalty.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in

international markets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients and partners.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven

decisions.

Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's automotive battery products, features, and benefits.
- Educate clients and partners on product specifications and advantages.

Order Management
- Coordinate with team to keep orders on track and guide them actual requirement

Payment Follow up:

- Coordination with customer for getting on time payment

Attend Clients when they visit our India office
