A leading GSA of Malaysia based Airline is looking for a Reservation and Ticketing Agent based2. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Customer Satisfaction Good listening and provide solutions

Calls

Handle Reservations Sales calls efficiently and

effectively.

Communicate clearly and politely to customers,

both internal and external.

Office Etiquettes Punctuality, Grooming and Mannerisms.

Accounting and billings IGAT billings.

Prompt handling of Billing & Reporting

3. MAJOR CHALLENGES

Describe the major challenges anticipated in carrying out this role

Handle customers/travel agents and provide solutions.
