**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify key decision-makers within targeted organizations and develop strategies to engage them.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos with prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2years of experience in B2B inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with decision-makers and influence purchasing decisions.
- **Must have knowledge of Ms Office**:

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
