Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Graphic Designer who specializes in both static and motion graphics to join our creative team. As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning and impactful designs across various digital and print platforms. Your creative vision, technical skills, and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing our brand identity and effectively communicating our messages to our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing managers, and clients to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Conceptualize and design engaging and visually compelling static graphics, including logos, brochures, banners, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing and dynamic motion graphics, animations, and videos for various purposes, such as advertisements, presentations, and digital content.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual representation and adherence to brand identity across all design assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to bring innovative and fresh ideas to the table.
- Ensure all designs are visually cohesive, effectively communicate the desired message, and align with the target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet both creative and technical specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to ensure client satisfaction and optimal results.
- Maintain organized files, assets, and documentation to ensure easy access and version control.
- Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in graphic design, motion graphics, and relevant software tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of static and motion graphic designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in creating engaging motion graphics and animations using various techniques and styles.
- Knowledge of video editing, sound editing, and storytelling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent creativity, imagination, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with UI/UX design, web design, or interactive media is a plus.
