CLAP is a Creative Learning Arts and Performance company based in Mumbai, India.

Our Content strategy is to create and source compelling, brand-elevating content and communications programs with a high return on investment that inspires customers to shop from our Parent company's store - The BYFT Store and enhances their perception of the brand. As part of the broader content team, the Creative Content Design team works to elevate the brand and creative & design visually compelling creative campaigns that engage our customers and communicate products.

Keep the brand aspirational, elevated, and chic in everything they do. This is more than executing design, this means seeking out and sharing visuals from the market, our competitors and the world. Keeping up with design trends and understanding what is happening both in the online ecommerce industry and the world of graphic design.

Job Description includes (but are not limited to):

- Social media experience required.
- On-Site Content Design experience strongly preferred
- App Content Design experience strongly preferred
- Digital Advertising (Display, Paid Social, Misc. Formats)
- Promotional support
- Video (storyboarding, editing, motion graphics)
- Influencer Marketing
- Retail Support (event collateral, signage)
- Product Content and Design ability.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDraw )
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- **Digitize and convert graphic designs into machine-readable embroidery files using specialized embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima, etc.).**:

- Optimize embroidery designs for various products, considering factors such as fabric type, size, and color limitations.
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune embroidery designs to ensure they stitch out flawlessly on embroidery machines.
- Test and validate the embroidered designs on different fabrics to ensure the highest quality and durability.

Skills and Requirements:
Communication is a fast-paced, versatile field that requires some specific skills:

- Digital design experience is strongly preferred
- **In-depth knowledge and experience with embroidery punching software (Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima, etc.).**:

- Develop and maintain HTML /CSS/ JavaScript-based websites and web pages preferred
- Video and Motion Graphics experience are strongly preferred
- Elevated + aspirational design skills + vision.
- Strong collaboration skills - able to communicate ideas effectively.
- Understanding of the eCommerce market and a vision for business-driving tactics.
- Insight for the ever-changing channels of consumer communication, especially the power of online marketing and digital experiences.
- Creative vision as well as a fine attention to detail in project management.
- Ability to maintain a strict calendar of deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.

We are looking for an individual with at least two years of design experience, preferably in the Ecommerce industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
