**Job Description: Bakery Intern - The Bakistry,**
**Noida**

**A. About Us**:
At The Bakistry, we specialize in creating customized and delightful cakes that add a touch of magic to every celebration. We’re looking for a passionate and creative Bakery Intern to join our team.

**B. Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Bakery Assistance**:

- Assist the bakery team in various tasks, including preparation, baking, and decorating customized cakes.
- Learn and contribute to the creative and quality aspects of our bakery products.
- Work on menu, new flavours and new recipes and cake decoration.

2. **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content on various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
- Support the digital marketing team in planning and executing online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for improvement.

3. **Customer service**:

- Interact with customers online and help with customer procurement.
- Take orders and provide information to customers regarding cake and bakery products available.

Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

**C. Qualifications and experience**:

- Passion for baking and an interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Creative mindset and an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

**D. Salary Structure and Terms**:
Your compensation and employment terms will be as follows:
1. Monthly fixed salary of INR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand) per month.
2. Additional INR 1,000 per month as a food allowance.
3. Any further increments will be based on your performance and the company's performance on an annual basis.
4. One day off per week, to be mutually decided upon.
5. Entitled to one Sick leave/Personal leave per month.
6. Standard work hours from 9 AM to 6 PM daily.
7. A one-month notice period is mandatory if you decide to resign; failing to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of the monthly salary.
8. Probation period will be one year from commencement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
