Stock coordinator is one who is responsible for managing and coordinating the inventory and stock levels of a company or department. Their primary goal is to ensure that the right amount of stock is available at the right time to meet customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

**Responsibility**

Stock Arrangement (As per need)

Coordination with Sales Team

Stock Reporting

Negotiation

New Project survey & reports

Comparative study

**Tasks & Activities**

Person should be responsible to arrange the stock ( flat, plot, Commercial, Villa )

Do coordinate with the team and fulfill stock requirement as per need. Daily updated report publishing.

Make a report of upcoming project and stock. And do SWOT analysis.

Negotiate with the property owner/channel partner to get best rate on behalf of company.

Visiting Channel partners/ Owners /Investors/Builders in field.

**Measurement Metrics**

Stock required vs Stock provided >70%

Rate provided should be lowest

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
