We are looking for a **GM - Sales (Real Estate)** who will direct and monitor real estate activities and the overall performance of the team to the organization and increase efficiency and maximize performance in order to achieve targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Locate, assess and present information about potential real estate acquisition.
- Effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organization.
- To identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plan.
- Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results.
- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes.
- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
- Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project.
- Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
- Prepare & execute sales strategy for achieving the assigned business targets.
- Maintaining a relationship with channel partners and investors for presenting them new investment options.
- Resource planning and forecasting to achieve targets and monitor channel performance.
- Responsible for Direct Sales, Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activities.
- Develop and execute plans for Direct & Channel Sales activities and Forecast market needs.
- Tracking sales team metrics, analyzing sales team data and developing plans to address performance gaps.
- Developing sales strategies to acquire new clients and creating new lines of revenue.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Required 6+ years of experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances.
- Good team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
