Role Overview:
NMG Technologies is looking to grow its Finance team for which a Accountant has a critical role.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and tallying all accounting transactions in Quick books
- Preparing GST data and coordinate with GST department and CA.
- Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for TDS, ITR, PF, ESI and Payroll.
- Complying with financial policies and regulations; and thorough understanding of latest ITR, GST, PF, ESI updates.
- Preparing budget forecasts in MIS.
- Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.Ensuring timely bank payments every week.
- Computing taxes and preparing tax returns in coordination with the CA and Audit team.
- Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements in coordination with the CA and Audit team.
- Tracking company’s financial health and liquidity monthly; and presenting the report to the directors.
- Auditing financial transactions and documents in coordination with the external auditor.
- Reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups when necessary
- Experience with handling subordinates.
- Hands-on experience with Quickbooks and Tally accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with handling international remittances and transactions.
- Knowledge of GST reverse input and monthly GST filling and going to department for refunds.
- Good communication skills.
- BCom Hons, Finance or relevant degree, CA (Inter) level.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
