**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer Lead to join our team.

This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in premium brands like L'Oréal and Schwarzkopf.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting training sessions and workshops for parlor channels and salon professionals.

Developing and implementing training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.

Collaborating with premium brands to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.

Managing and mentoring junior trainers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with salon owners and key stakeholders.

Ensuring adherence to brand standards and protocols during training sessions.

Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.

Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of experience with premium brands (e.g., L'Oréal, Schwarzkopf).

Proven experience in handling Class A & B parlor channels.

Expertise in managing and training big salons like Tony & Guy, Geetanjali, Cut & Style.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel to various locations as required.

A passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
