**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for students enrolled in the Dialysis Technician course.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cover all aspects of dialysis care, including anatomy, physiology, dialysis principles, and patient management.
- Provide hands-on training and supervise practical sessions at NephroPlus centres, ensuring students gain real-world experience.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations, exams, and practical assessments
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment, encouraging student participation and growth.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in dialysis care and integrate new techniques and best practices into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with the quality team to maintain high standards of training and curriculum.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, records, and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in dialysis or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in dialysis care, with a strong understanding of dialysis principles and patient management.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
