**JOB SUMMARY**:
**Job Title**:Business Operations

**Position Overview**: The Business Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing project management processes, ensuring timely updates of project documentation, and driving quality improvements. This role involves managing client relationships, optimizing project revenue and costs, and leading functional reviews to enhance our organization's position within the vendor partner ecosystem. He/She should have strong business acumen, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle complex negotiations and strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight and Reporting**:

- Ensure Project Work Status Reports (WSR) and timesheets are updated monthly and in a timely manner.
- Complete project reports and document key learnings.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads to maintain and enhance onsite quality, including manpower quality and service levels to employees.
- Conduct monthly functional reviews with the Project Management team and track parameters to strengthen client relationships.
- **Revenue and Cost Management**:

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business operations, competitors, and the impact of price negotiations on project budgets.
- Drive revenue maximization and cost optimization across all projects.
- Utilize analytical skills to analyze large data sets, draw logical conclusions, and support decisions.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure new and continued business.
- Oversee the process of gathering and responding to customer feedback to resolve client concerns.
- Lead negotiations with clients to achieve favorable commercial rates and contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational business goals.
- **Statutory Compliance and Market Analysis**:

- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances required on site.
- Understand market behavior and metrics to identify opportunities and inform organizational strategy.
- **Recruitment and Talent Management**:

- Drive the recruitment team to meet annual targets.
- Implement and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to build and maintain a talent pool.
- **Strategy and Leadership**:

- Develop and communicate departmental strategies and set goals for self and the function.
- Proactively identify and address work issues and obstacles, and create contingency plans as needed.
- Share expertise with team members and support cross-functional teams in achieving organizational goals.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Work with urgency to deliver results within deadlines.
- Make decisions balancing speed and risk, maintaining a high level of trust, integrity, and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, client relations, and business strategy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience preparing management reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large amounts of information.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in statutory compliance and understanding of market dynamics.
