**Job Description**:
We are looking for a QE IVR & Bot to join our team, who will help us working on solutions and implementing technologies that will improve user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Test case design
- Testing execution
- Doc review, update
- Testing report preparation
- Defect analysis
- Test plan creation
- Requirements review
- Configuration management (environment configuration)

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Professional experience working in all phases of the Software Development life cycle in an Agile Environment
- Experience in IVR Testing Tools CYARA Velocity, CYARA Virtual Agent, and CYARA Cruncher
- Functional test case and Test data preparation
- Experience with Splunk queries and log validations
- Experience in call routing and skill-based testing
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and result orientation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience identifying and managing risks
- Flexibility to support and manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to occasionally work evening and weekend hours as required to support system deployments
